Precision Training Pro Rebounder

The rebounder is a classic piece of equipment when it comes to practising various football skills. The rebounder allows an individual the freedom to perform training exercises on their own which normally require 2 or more players.

The rebounder can be adjusted to alter the angle of rebound. Use the front side of the rebounder for practising head, chest, and thigh ball control, or the backside for smooth push pass and return drills.
